When you place an order, we will ask for information that will ensure that your order is processed in an accurate, secure, and timely manner. All the personal information that is collected will only be used to fulfill your order. Your name, address and email will be provided to the parties that will perform deliveries and contact you to ensure the highest level of customer service. We will use you email to send you a receipt of your purchase. We will periodically send you our newsletter via email. This will contain special offers and information on new products, and you can opt out of this service at any time.

We will protect your personal information against unauthorized access or release. We do reserve the right to share your information with approved third parties that assist with the completion to your order. Apart from these parties, we will not give, rent, sell, or loan personal information to anyone unless required to do so by law. NORMAL RETURNS

  1. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please call 1-800-875-1533. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
  2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  3. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  4. Customer is responsible for all transportation charges. THESE ARE NONREFUNDABLE CHARGES
  5. Product must arrive at FJS warehouse in clean, brand-new condition.
  6. Product must be repackaged with the same shipping material used by FJS in the original delivery, including the REPLACEMENT OF PACKING BOLTS, BOX, AND PALLET. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price, less restocking fee, if the product is not returned in this manner.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING DETAILS

This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment – without a lift gate. This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. You will be responsible to meet the driver, unload and bring to desired location yourself.  If you will need assistance, see below for other delivery options.   On average, shipping times are about 4 to 5 business days. Weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can cause delay. If you live out of the lower 48 states, you will need to call us to accurate shipping costs, 1-800-875-1533. ( FREE SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES ) Once the unit leaves our warehouse, we will forward you tracking information so you can proactively schedule your delivery.

($30) LIFTGATE SHIPMENT DETAILS

This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment with curbside delivery, with a lift gate. This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. On average, shipping times are about 4 to 5 business days. The driver is required to get the machine under cover as long as there are no stairs to negotiate. (LIFTGATE SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES) Once the unit leaves our warehouse, we will forward you tracking information so you can proactively schedule your delivery.

($75) EXPRESS SHIPPING – 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS DETAILS

This is a Standard Freight-Line shipment – without a lift gate. This means that once the machine has arrived at the local freight terminal the customer will be contacted by the freight company to set up an appointment for the delivery. You will be responsible to meet the driver, unload and bring to desired location yourself. If you will need assistance, see below for other delivery options. On average, shipping times are about 2 TO 3 business days. Weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can cause delay. If you live out of the lower 48 states, you will need to call us to accurate shipping costs, 1-800-875-1533. ( FREE SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES ) Once we have confirmation that this unit has shipped, we will forward the tracking information so you can proactively schedule a delivery time.

($150) FIRST-CLASS SHIPMENT DETAILS

This is a First-Class shipment with delivery to any room in your house with a maximum of 21 stairs. (FIRST-CLASS SHIPPING ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 UNITED STATES) Delivery time varies between 4 to 7 business days. The Shipping Company will call in advance to schedule delivery. Customer will also be emailed tracking information to proactively track the shipment.

OBVIOUS SHIPPING DAMAGE

At the time of delivery if you receive a product that has obvious shipping damage… refuse the delivery and note, “Refused Due To Damage,” on the delivery receipt. Then immediately call us at 1-800-875-1533 to have a replacement product shipped to you.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

Occasionally products are damaged in shipment that is not noticed at the time of delivery. You should immediately inspect the product for shipping damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 1-800-875-1533 to report the damage. If you do not contact us within the 48 hour time-frame, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company, and FJS Distributors, will not be held liable for any damage to the unit.
